I. GUIDELINES TO FILL UP THE APPLICATION FORM ONLINE

Following is required to fillup the online application form:

1. OFSS Reference Number

2. Email id

3. Mobile no

4. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

5. Scanned signature in JPG format under 100 KB

6. Scanned OFSS Application Form in JPG format under 1300 KB

7. Scanned 10th Marksheet in JPG format under 100 KB

8. Scanned 10th Admit Card in JPG format under 100 KB

9. Scanned 10th SLC in JPG format under 100 KB

10. Scanned Caste Certificate (If Applicable) in JPG format under 100 KB

11. Online Transfer/NEFT/RTGS with use of BHIM, Google Pay, Phone pay, Paytm etc., the link provided after submission of all required documents.

II. ONLINE ADMISSION PROCESS

The online admission process will have following 8 (Eight) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of C.N. COLLEGE, SAHEBGANJ www.cncollege.ac.in. 

Step 2: Please click on "Online Admission (I.A. & I.Sc.)-2023-25" button given on the home page.

Step 3: When you click the link you will be shown a “Registration for Admission” form asking for various details.

Step 4: On successful submission of registration details, you will also receive an e-mail on the e-mail ID provided by you in the Registration Form.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all required documents.

Step 7: Download Filled Admission Form.

Step 8: Keep your documents with payment slip for future document verification.

III. ADMISSION FEE DETAILS 

नोट: १. जिन छात्र-छात्राओं को Original Marksheet, SLC आदि विद्यालय से मिलने में कठिनाई होगी उनको हस्तलिखित शपथ पत्र Upload करना अनिवार्य होगा की Original Marksheet, SLC प्राप्त होते ही महाविद्यालय में जमा कर देंगे.

        २. जांचोपरांत छात्र-छात्राओं द्वारा दी गई सूचनाएं/प्रमाण पत्र यदि गलत पाने पर उनका नामांकन CANCEL कर दिया जाएगा.
